The female body transforms \u2013 after childbirth, during perimenopause, menopause, or while carrying new life. The practice adapts to this \u2013 honoring your dignity, your rhythm, and your sensitivity.<\/p><p>In group settings, women often feel unseen \u2013 or unable to show up as they truly are. Here, you are held in compassionate attention.\nThere is no pressure to perform.
