Frequently Asked Questions

1. General Approach, About Me

Health coaching is a collaborative, client-centered approach designed to support individuals in making sustainable, health-promoting decisions. It draws on natural, lifestyle-based tools—including functional nutrition, circadian alignment, stress regulation, and self-awareness—to help restore balance. Health coaches do not diagnose or treat medical conditions; rather, they serve as guides and facilitators along the path to wellbeing.

Naturopathy is also rooted in a holistic and preventive philosophy but is more closely aligned with traditional European healing systems. It emphasizes the body’s inherent self-healing capacity and uses individualized natural therapies—ranging from herbal medicine and nutrition to physical modalities and energy-based practices.

💡 While health coaching has emerged from the Anglo-American integrative health model, naturopathy is more deeply influenced by German and Central European traditions, often incorporating folk wisdom passed down through generations. In practice, the two disciplines frequently overlap in both philosophy and method.

In Hungary, naturopathy is a legally regulated profession. To practice, one must complete government-mandated training in basic medical sciences and foundational naturopathy, followed by a specialized state exam in a chosen field (e.g., herbal therapy, reflexology, or aromatherapy). This process is overseen by the National Directorate General for Hospitals (OKFŐ), and results in an officially recognized therapeutic qualification—not merely a private course certificate.

👉 My own training integrates both pathways. I am currently preparing for the final phytotherapy qualification, having already passed the required foundational exams. At the same time, I have completed multiple internationally accredited programs abroad and hold professional membership with the CTAA (Complementary Therapists Accredited Association), which ensures adherence to high global standards.

So when we work together, you receive support grounded in:

  • a holistic naturopathic perspective,
  • internationally recognized health coaching methodologies,
  • and lived experience informed by years of integrative practice.
  • Empathy and collaboration – a supportive partnership rather than directive guidance
  • Cultivating self-awareness – identifying limiting beliefs and internal roadblocks
  • Behavioral focus – encouraging realistic, incremental, and sustainable changes
  • Integrative lens – aligning physical health with lifestyle and emotional well-being
  • Functional and holistic framework – emphasizing personalized strategies over one-size-fits-all diets
  • While health coaching has become more visible in recent years, its roots lie in a structured, evidence-informed approach to supporting sustainable lifestyle change.

Authentic health coaching is not superficial advice-giving. It is a collaborative process designed to help you cultivate an individualized, balanced way of living—one that takes into account your physical health, emotional landscape, and mental wellbeing. The goal isn’t to prescribe or direct, but to empower you with insight, support, and practical tools that align with your unique rhythm and needs.

The CTAA (Complementary Therapists Accredited Association) is an international accrediting body that recognizes and ensures the professional standards of complementary health practitioners. Membership is granted only to those who have completed high-quality, approved training programs.

While some of my international qualifications may not be officially recognized within the Hungarian licensing system, my certification through the CTAA reflects a globally validated level of expertise. It ensures that I work with a strong professional foundation and up-to-date therapeutic knowledge that meets international standards.

In my practice, I do not:

  • diagnose conditions,
  • replace medical treatment,
  • or offer therapy in the legally defined, regulated sense.

What I do offer is personalized support through lifestyle, nutrition, and natural methods – grounded in both a functional and holistic approach. My work is centered on collaboration, helping clients restore balance through tailored, practical guidance.

In Hungary, only those who pass the state naturopathic board exam with a phytotherapy specialization may legally use the title aromatherapist – even though the actual curriculum often includes only a limited, theory-based overview of aromatherapy.

By contrast, I’ve completed several years of hands-on, therapeutically focused aromatherapy training – both in Hungary and internationally.

I studied extensively at Panarom, and at the Wellarom Aromatherapy Academy and Mentorship Program (led by Renáta Borbély), where I developed a deep, practice-based understanding of holistic essential oil use. I’ve also pursued additional advanced training abroad.

I integrate this knowledge into my daily work – not through MLM-driven sales, but through independent, customized guidance that honors both physical and emotional needs.

In addition, I hold an internationally accredited certification in health coaching, which I completed with distinction and a final score of 200%. This holistic perspective – which bridges physical, emotional, and lifestyle dynamics – informs every aspect of how I work with clients.

💡In summary:

– Legally, I currently work as an aromatherapy advisor in Hungary.

– Professionally, I bring advanced therapeutic training, years of experience, and a strong academic foundation – regardless of the title I may be required to use.

My work integrates multiple systems and healing traditions – from evidence-based health support to holistic, therapeutic perspectives.

💡 Why do I share all this?

Because I believe that credibility is built not on titles alone – but through intention, depth, and the humility to keep learning. My work is rooted in evidence, reflection, and real-world experience. If something falls outside my scope, I will always guide you responsibly toward the right professional support.

Most of my consultations are available both in person and online – the choice is yours, depending on what best supports you in the moment.

For some, online sessions offer greater flexibility (especially during early motherhood or when traveling). For others, in-person meetings provide a deeper sense of presence.

Regardless of the format, you’ll receive the same level of care: focused attention, personalized guidance, and a supportive space to explore what your body and life are asking for.

Once you’ve booked your session, I’ll send you a brief intake form to complete in advance. This helps us make the most of our time together and ensures that our work is focused, intentional, and meaningful from the very beginning.

If you have any recent lab results, food journals, personal notes, or relevant health documents, feel free to bring them along or share them ahead of time – they can offer valuable context.

Yes. After each consultation, you’ll receive a clear, concise summary highlighting the key insights, personalized recommendations, and next steps.

If we’re working together in a longer program, you’ll also receive more detailed handouts and guided materials tailored to your unique path – all designed to support you in integrating the changes at your own pace.

Not at all. Our work is based on mutual respect and collaboration – not obligation or pressure.

My role is to listen deeply, recognize patterns, and offer well-informed suggestions. Your role is to choose what feels manageable and aligned with where you are.

That said, certain changes (like dietary shifts or releasing unsupportive habits) may be essential to create real transformation. I’ll always explain why something matters – but I’ll never push. The pace and the path are yours to choose, and so is the responsibility that comes with it.

💡 “This isn’t a rigid rulebook – it’s a guided exploration. I offer the map; you decide how and when to walk the path.”

No. While my approach offers holistic, functional, and natural support, it is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or ongoing care.

If you’re dealing with more serious symptoms or conditions, I strongly recommend working alongside a trusted healthcare provider. This complementary approach often creates the most grounded and sustainable outcomes.

2. Mentor Program or Single Session – What’s the Difference?

We begin with a comprehensive assessment, clarify your goals and current concerns, and I create a personalized recommendation to help you move forward. This format is ideal if you’re seeking direction, have a specific question, or feel stuck in one area. However, please note: follow-up and fine-tuning are more limited with this option.

A mentorship is an ongoing, relational process – not just a one-time plan. You’ll receive regular feedback, continuous presence, and deeper support along the way.

Nutrition, lifestyle, and supplements aren’t just designed once – they’re adapted over time, based on how your body responds and how life unfolds.

This is especially important for more complex concerns, such as cycle imbalances, autoimmune conditions, digestive issues, or chronic fatigue.

The process is flexible – sessions can be rescheduled with advance notice. This is a supportive journey, not a source of pressure.

Many clients begin with a single session and decide later whether they’d like to continue in a deeper way. That’s perfectly okay.

It means we’re not just chasing symptoms – we’re supporting your whole system: physically, emotionally, and in your lifestyle. I don’t promise overnight fixes. I offer sustainable, meaningful change that honors your unique physiology and inner rhythm.

Food is always the foundation – and my goal is to restore balance primarily through real, nutrient-dense meals.
However, it’s important to recognize that even organic produce today often contains fewer nutrients due to soil depletion, long storage, and processing.
On top of that, many people live with high stress, digestive challenges, hormonal imbalances, or low-grade inflammation – all of which can increase nutrient needs.
So yes, I do recommend supplements when needed, such as when:
– there’s a clear deficiency or increased demand,
– the body is temporarily struggling to absorb certain nutrients,
– or dietary intake alone isn’t enough.

💡 I don’t “throw supplements” at symptoms. Everything I recommend is intentional, targeted, and time-bound – based on your unique needs, not trends or marketing.

Yes – but only when they’re truly appropriate. Adaptogenic herbs (like ashwagandha, rhodiola, or tulsi) can help modulate stress and support hormonal balance –but not everyone needs them, and not in any amount or form. That’s why I only recommend them after a thorough individual assessment, with careful attention to type, dosage, and timing.

3. Aromatherapy and Phytotherapy – Natural Tools

Not at all. I’ll guide you through the essentials from the very beginning—what to use, when, and how—based on your unique situation. If you already have experience, we’ll review and refine it together.

Yes—essential oils are potent active substances. That’s why it matters which oil you use, when, and how. I emphasize expert guidance because safety, subtlety, and appropriateness are especially important during sensitive life stages—like pregnancy, with children, or when the nervous system is overwhelmed.

Aromatherapy uses essential oils, while phytotherapy (herbal medicine) uses whole-plant extracts—in the form of teas, tinctures, or capsules. The two approaches are beautifully complementary. There’s also a unique branch called gemmotherapy, which harnesses the regenerative energy of plant buds, offering deep yet gentle support.

The difference is not just in price—but in purity, potency, and clinical impact.

A true therapeutic-grade essential oil is:
• 100% botanically authentic and unadulterated
• free from synthetic additives or solvents
• GC/MS-tested for chemical composition and traceability

In contrast, most drugstore oils are “fragrance oils”—often diluted, chemically modified, or synthetically scented. These may smell pleasant, but offer no therapeutic effect—and in some cases, can irritate the skin or disrupt hormone balance. I work exclusively with verified therapeutic-grade oils, and every recommendation is tailored to your current needs, state of health, and safety considerations.

Gemmotherapy is a specialized branch of herbal medicine that utilizes the concentrated regenerative intelligence of plant buds.

These extracts contain:
• undifferentiated tissue and embryonic information
• vitamins, minerals, and natural enzymes
• plant-derived growth factors and antioxidants

Despite their gentleness, they can act deeply on a cellular and emotional level. I often use gemmotherapy to support:
• children (for immunity, sleep, nervous system balance)
• hormonal transitions (e.g. puberty, postpartum, perimenopause)
• lymphatic detoxification and gut–brain regulation

Absolutely. Many essential oils and herbal remedies can powerfully support emotional resilience, release, and clarity.
Whether it’s grief, burnout, anxiety, or a need for grounding during transition, plant allies offer profound energetic and biochemical support. They don’t erase the issue—but they open space, soften resistance, and allow healing to unfold from within.

4. Functional Nutrition – Diet, Supplements

Functional nutrition goes far beyond calorie charts or macronutrient ratios. It considers the body’s current state, digestive health, hormonal balance, stress load, nervous system regulation, and individual sensitivities. The goal isn’t just “what you’re allowed to eat,” but rather what supports your body’s healing and resilience in this specific phase of life.

In many places, conventional dietetics is still rooted in older paradigms that may be useful in general but don’t always respond flexibly to emerging research or to more complex, nuanced health conditions—such as autoimmune disorders, chronic fatigue, or hormonal imbalance. Functional nutrition doesn’t aim to oppose traditional dietetics but to complement it—by offering a deeper, systems-based lens rooted in root cause resolution.

Unfortunately, the rise of “quick fix” certifications has contributed to skepticism around the field. But it’s important to make a distinction: a rigorous, multi-year education in functional nutrition represents a completely different level than a weekend crash course. Ultimately, it’s not about labels. It’s about the depth of knowledge, the responsibility with which we work, and the humility we bring to our practice.

You don’t need to be ill to benefit from this approach. Functional nutrition is ideal for anyone seeking more energy, better digestion, hormonal harmony, or simply looking to prevent future imbalance and live with greater awareness.

Not necessarily. Most food intolerances aren’t permanent—they often reflect temporary overload, microbial imbalance, digestive insufficiency, or an overwhelmed gut barrier. The first step is usually a short-term elimination of the trigger food, while we work on addressing the deeper causes, such as:

– microbiome imbalance

– lack of digestive enzymes

– low-grade inflammation

– chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation

💡 The goal isn’t to create lifelong restrictions, but rather to reduce the burden on the body and support its natural healing mechanisms. As balance is restored, many foods can often be gradually reintroduced over time.

Correct. Food intolerance is not the same as a food allergy.

– Allergies trigger a fast, immune-mediated response—often with respiratory symptoms, swelling, or even anaphylaxis.

– Intolerances, on the other hand, tend to show up more slowly and subtly—manifesting as bloating, fatigue, skin issues, headaches, or mood swings.

✨ These symptoms require time, curiosity, and an individualized approach to decode. But here’s the good news: You don’t have to give up everything forever. The body is capable of healing—especially when given the right kind of support.

No, absolutely not. While food sensitivity tests (like the FoodTest 200+) can serve as helpful tools or directional guides, they should never replace thorough symptom mapping, a detailed food and symptom journal, lab work, or functional assessment.

In fact, many women make excellent progress without any testing at all—simply by learning to listen to their body’s signals, keeping a consistent symptom journal, and implementing thoughtful dietary adjustments. Gentle elimination and reintroduction phases, when guided intentionally, can already spark powerful shifts in how you feel.

💬 I typically recommend testing only when symptoms persist despite several tailored interventions, and we’re looking for deeper insight or confirmation. But even then, it’s always a personal choice—not a requirement.

✨ The truth is: healing rarely depends on tools alone. The decision to start tuning in, to gently refine what nourishes and what doesn’t—that in itself is already a deeply transformative step.

Not necessarily — but there are a few key principles I follow consistently, based on both scientific insight and years of clinical experience.

Let’s talk about gluten — what does that really mean in practice?

Modern, industrially cultivated wheat and its ultra-refined products can trigger inflammation, digestive discomfort, and hormonal imbalance in many people — even without a diagnosed gluten intolerance or celiac disease.

That’s why I only consider gluten acceptable if:

– the gut has already been supported and repaired (reduced permeability),

– and the gluten comes from ancient grains (such as einkorn, emmer, or spelt), prepared through traditional sourdough fermentation — and even then, in moderation (not daily staples).

(Please note: agricultural practices vary significantly between countries. In Hungary and much of the EU, although far from perfect, grain production still tends to follow stricter regulations than in the U.S. The wheat is generally less hybridized or genetically modified, and the gluten and gliadin content—while much higher than it was a century ago—is still considered milder than in many Anglo-American regions. This means that even traditional sourdough methods may not produce the same results abroad as they might in Central Europe.)

And what about dairy — why is it such a sensitive topic?

Mass-produced cow’s milk products — especially for women and children — are frequently linked to gut imbalance, immune dysregulation, and hormone-related issues.

If someone chooses to include dairy, I recommend:

– goat or sheep milk products rather than cow’s milk,

– small-scale, non-industrial sources,

– fermented forms like plain yogurt or kefir — never sweetened or artificially flavored.

(It’s important to note that industrial dairy production practices differ greatly between countries. While Hungary’s large-scale operations are far from ideal, they still tend to be less intensive than those in the U.S. — where antibiotic use, feedlot conditions, and genetic manipulation are far more prevalent. In Hungary, there’s a growing trend of small farms returning to more traditional, pasture-raised systems for cows, goats, and sheep — similar to practices seen in Austria, Germany, or Switzerland. Even so, I personally don’t consider milk a necessary or optimal food. And regardless of region, I advise caution with raw milk: while popular in some health circles, it carries real risks — including the potential transmission of tick-borne infections from animal to human.)

💬 “Each person’s path to change is different. Some thrive with slow, steady steps, while others do better with a clear, all-at-once shift. Both can work — what matters most is that the change feels sustainable, and that you feel genuinely better as a result. This is not about chasing perfection — it’s about creating meaningful, lasting improvement.”

💡 These are not rigid rules, but guiding principles — and they’re always tailored to your current state, pace, and possibilities. My role is to understand the patterns and offer guidance — but the decision is always yours. And I’ll be here to walk beside you — even if the journey unfolds one step at a time.

Not exactly. A whole-food plant-based (WFPB) approach focuses primarily on health and nourishment — it’s not about rigid exclusions or ethical labels. My philosophy leans more toward a nourishing, nature-inspired flexitarian mindset: where plants take center stage, but the approach remains flexible, personalized, and non-dogmatic. It’s not about perfection — it’s about what truly supports your body, your rhythm, and your healing journey.

Not necessarily. When thoughtfully planned, a plant-forward diet can be deeply nourishing — often lowering inflammation and even improving micronutrient absorption in many people. That said, certain nutrients may still require mindful support, such as vitamin B12, vitamin D, and omega-3 fatty acids.

The key is individualization: what your body needs depends on your history, your lifestyle, and your current health status. Working with someone who can guide you through these nuances can make all the difference.

A Whole Food Plant-Based (WFPB) diet is built entirely on unprocessed, natural plant foods. It typically excludes all animal products, focusing instead on vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds in their most natural form.

A flexitarian approach is more adaptable. It emphasizes a primarily plant-based foundation, but allows for occasional inclusion of animal products — such as eggs, fish, or even meat — when needed to support a person’s specific health status, energy levels, or lifestyle needs.

💡 In my practice, I often take a non-dogmatic, personalized approach, helping you find what works best for your body — with compassion, clarity, and flexibility.

Absolutely. If a fully plant-based lifestyle aligns with your values or personal goals, we can tailor the entire program accordingly.
At the same time, if you’re just starting to explore this path — or you’re feeling uncertain — I’m here to support you without judgment.

💡 It’s not about ideology. What matters most is how your body responds — and honoring that feedback with compassion and care.

“Leaky gut” — or more accurately, increased intestinal permeability — is a real physiological condition that’s receiving growing recognition in both functional and conventional medical research.

Under healthy conditions, the intestinal lining acts as a selective barrier, allowing fully digested nutrients into the bloodstream while keeping out harmful substances like pathogens, toxins, or undigested food particles.

However, when this barrier becomes compromised — due to factors like chronic inflammation, high stress, medications, infections, or food intolerances — the tight junctions between the cells can loosen. This allows unwanted substances (such as partially digested proteins, toxins, or antigens) to “leak” into the bloodstream, potentially triggering an immune response.

This immune activation can contribute to a wide range of symptoms, such as:

🔹 bloating

🔹 food sensitivities

🔹 skin issues

🔹 autoimmune reactions

🔹 hormonal imbalances

💡 While “leaky gut” is not an official medical diagnosis, it describes a functional imbalance that may play a role in many chronic conditions — especially when paired with other contributing factors.
What’s important to remember is that healing the gut lining (through anti-inflammatory, nutrient-rich foods, and gentle, targeted support) can be a key step toward overall healing — but it’s not a magic solution for everything.

✨ The term may have become trendy, but the gut’s integrity truly is foundational to immune, nervous system, and hormonal health.

5. Women’s Cycle and Hormonal Balance

A cycle-syncing lifestyle means aligning your nutrition, movement, energy output, and rest with the natural hormonal rhythms of your menstrual cycle.
Your cycle is about more than fertility — each of its four phases (menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal) brings different physical and emotional needs.
When you learn to honor these shifts, you can experience more ease, energy, and alignment — with less burnout, pain, or emotional extremes. It’s a way of living in deeper partnership with your body and feminine rhythms.

I most often support women with the following hormonal challenges:

  • Hormonal imbalances around perimenopause and menopause  (e.g. mood swings, hot flashes, sleep disruptions, fatigue, irregular cycles)
  • Premenstrual symptoms (irritability, headaches, bloating, emotional ups and downs)
  • Irregular or painful periods, heavy or prolonged bleeding
  • Ovulation issues or trouble conceiving
  • Missing periods (amenorrhea) — after stopping hormonal birth control, during breastfeeding, or due to high stress, low body weight, or intense exercise (hypothalamic amenorrhea)
  • Hormonal skin issues, low libido, fatigue, or digestive disturbances

Many women also experience hormonally driven urogenital symptoms — such as frequent urge to urinate, bladder sensitivity, or “UTI-like” discomforts without any identifiable infection.
These can also point to deeper hormonal imbalances and may improve significantly with gentle, natural approaches: personalized nutrition, lifestyle shifts, essential oils, and hormone-supportive movement practices.

💬 During our work together, I don’t simply treat symptoms — I look at the whole picture:
How do your hormones interact with your cycle, digestion, mood, stress response, and nervous system regulation?
By understanding the full context, we can respond naturally and effectively — not by forcing change, but by restoring harmony from within.

No. Our consultations are not a substitute for medical evaluation or diagnosis. Instead, they offer complementary, gentle guidance and structured support.

If needed, I may recommend certain lab tests — which I’ll help you interpret through a holistic, functional lens. However, I do not prescribe hormone therapy or medications, and I do not make formal diagnoses.

💬 My role is to help you connect the dots, understand your body’s signals, and explore natural strategies that support your hormonal health — alongside, not in place of, conventional care.

Yes — these are not exclusion criteria. The support I offer is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re currently on birth control, preparing to come off it, or using hormone therapy, natural and gentle approaches can still be integrated to support your well-being.

💬 My role is not to talk you out of anything — but to help you make informed decisions and better understand what’s happening in your body. Whatever path you choose, we’ll work with it, not against it.

The menstrual cycle and hormonal system are not “quick-fix” mechanisms — they require time, patience, and a gentle, consistent approach. Even 1–2 sessions can offer powerful new insights, but when it comes to lasting change (such as regulating your cycle or easing long-standing PMS), we’re often looking at a process that unfolds over several weeks or months.

💬 That’s where a mentorship program or therapeutic support can be incredibly helpful — guiding you step by step, with care and continuity.

My approach is integrative and personalized, combining evidence-based strategies with time-tested traditional wisdom. Depending on your needs, our work together may draw on the following:

  • Functional nutrition – with a focus on hormone-supportive, blood sugar–stabilizing nourishment
  • Ayurvedic and Eastern principles – aligning with your constitution and cyclical patterns
  • Aromatherapy and herbal support – using botanicals and essential oils with care and precision
  • Breathwork, relaxation and guided visualizations – to support nervous system regulation
  • Menstrual cycle awareness – helping you better understand and work with your cyclical shifts

Reflective practices – to foster emotional clarity and inner alignment

Absolutely. Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a complex, multi-system condition that often involves hormonal, metabolic, and nervous system imbalances. While conventional medicine offers essential tools, many women find that a functional, whole-person approach brings meaningful improvement.

Together, we explore personalized strategies including hormone-friendly nutrition, movement that suits your body, targeted stress support, and botanicals – always with sensitivity to your current treatment plan, preferences, and deeper needs.

“Hormonal type” isn’t a diagnosis – it’s a functional framework that helps us understand which patterns may be at play in your system. For example: Estrogen dominance, Low progesterone, DHEA depletion, Elevated cortisol, Thyroid sluggishness

These are not labels, but starting points – offering insight into how we can fine-tune your nutrition, lifestyle, and support strategies. If you have lab results, we’ll explore those together. If not, your symptoms and story already offer powerful clues. The goal is not perfection, but clarity – so you can reconnect with your body’s rhythm, and move forward with confidence.

6. Baby Preparation, Pregnancy, Postpartum

Ideally, it’s best to begin at least 3–6 months before your intended conception. This gives your body and mind time to gently recalibrate: to support hormonal and digestive balance, enhance nutrient reserves, and address any hidden imbalances.

If you’ve been trying for a while without success, this program can help you see the bigger picture and offer gentle, natural support in moving forward.

No. This is not a medical treatment, nor does it involve diagnosis or replace professional care.

The approach integrates functional and Ayurvedic tools to support whole-body wellness – and can be a powerful complement to ongoing medical evaluations or treatments.

This is not a substitute for medical supervision.

Instead, it’s about presence, mindfulness, and nurturing the connection with your body.

Rather than focusing solely on information, the process centers around awareness – using aromatherapy, visualization, relaxation, breathing practices, and feminine rhythms to help you enter birth with a deeper sense of trust and inner strength.

A doula specializes in the perinatal period – offering emotional and physical support during labor, birth, and the early postpartum weeks. While not a medical professional, a doula offers grounded presence, compassionate care, and helps create a safe birthing space.

A holistic health coach works with a broader perspective and accompanies women over a longer arc – whether that’s before pregnancy, throughout gestation, or after birth.
In our sessions, the focus is not only on birth preparation but also on understanding the hormonal shifts, digestive and emotional changes, and finding sustainable rhythm and nourishment through nutrition, herbs, essential oils, movement, and cycle awareness.

The Fertility Prep package is designed for a specific phase of life – supporting the 3–6 months prior to conception with targeted hormonal, digestive, microbiome, and emotional guidance.

In contrast, the full mentorship program offers a more flexible, long-term and personalized approach – whether you’re preparing for pregnancy, already expecting, or navigating postpartum. It allows us to move together through your evolving needs, addressing multiple layers like hormonal regulation, digestion, nervous system balance, and emotional clarity.

Not at all. In fact, many women seek support during their second or third pregnancy – when they feel the desire to approach things differently. More slowly, more mindfully, more consciously. The journey always adapts to your unique life context and rhythm.

The postpartum care program is designed to gently hold and guide you through the first 6–7 weeks after birth – a sacred yet often overlooked phase of deep physical and emotional recalibration.

  • hormonal and nutritional recovery,
  • breastfeeding and sleep rhythms,
  • emotional fluctuations and nervous system regulation,
  • and deepening the mother–baby connection.

The focus is on holding, safety, and patience – not “bouncing back,” but allowing space for true transformation.

This is not medical follow-up, but rather a form of holistic, intuitive care that centers your full experience – body, mind, and heart.

While postpartum care in the U.S. typically involves a single 6-week check-up, this approach offers continuous, nurturing support through the early weeks – helping you reconnect with your body and inner rhythm in a meaningful way.
(Please note: standards and access to postpartum care vary greatly between countries. In Hungary, for instance, medical follow-up is often limited, making this kind of personalized guidance especially valuable.)

Birth is not just a physical event – it’s a profound physiological and emotional transition that calls for time, attention, and a safe, nurturing environment. A natural, integrative postpartum approach offers support in the following ways:

🔸 gently supports hormonal recalibration (e.g. mood shifts, return of the menstrual cycle),

🔸 guides you toward a nourishing, digestion-friendly diet,

🔸 introduces gentle breathwork, movement, and relaxation tools,

🔸 holds space for integrating your new identity as a mother,

🔸 and offers room for healing unresolved experiences or birth trauma, if needed.

This work is not about “fixing” you – it’s about offering presence, gentle structure, and compassionate guidance as you return to your own rhythm and inner strength.

This is not a postpartum fitness plan – it’s a body-friendly, soul-nourishing way of reconnecting with yourself.
Right now, the focus is on you – and your baby.
This is not the time to “bounce back” to your pre-pregnancy body. That can come later – when you feel ready.

If and when movement is introduced, it’s always gentle and attuned to your needs – including pelvic floor awareness, breathwork, soft relaxation, and slow, feminine-centered yoga.

7. Mothers and Their Children – Natural Support

MamaFlow

A focused 6–8 week program designed to support a mother’s full-body–mind recalibration within the first year postpartum.

We focus on hormonal stability, nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and deepening the mother–baby bond – through personalized nutrition, aromatherapy, gentle movement, and emotional support. Weekly or biweekly sessions help guide the process step by step.

Mother–Child Mentorship

A longer-term, monthly rhythm of support tailored to the evolving needs of early motherhood.

It offers a grounded, nurturing container throughout the toddler and childhood years – focusing not just on symptoms, but on conscious, intuitive parenting, seasonal rhythms, and holistic tools for the whole family.

Absolutely. The sessions are not just for managing symptoms – we explore lifestyle rhythms, sleep, nutrition, emotional regulation, childcare transitions, and the mother–child bond. Sometimes, the “issue” is simply a need for steadiness and attuned presence.

There’s no age limit – you’re welcome to book a session with questions about any stage of childhood.

That said, most families reach out when their children are between ages 3 and 11 – a powerful window where natural methods like essential oils, herbal remedies, nutritional adjustments, and rhythm-based living can be especially impactful. During this phase, the caregiver’s presence plays a key role in the child’s overall well-being.

Yes – but with great care. During our consultation, I offer personalized aromatherapy guidance based on your child’s age, current condition, and individual sensitivities. Safety and gentleness are always the priority.

As a mother myself, I understand how challenging it can be to carve out quiet, uninterrupted time for yourself.

Yes – you’re absolutely welcome to bring your child if that feels easiest for you.

At the same time, it’s helpful to consider whether you’ll be able to fully engage in the session this way. If we’re exploring deeper personal themes, you may benefit more from a quiet space where you can focus inward.

💡 If that’s not possible, don’t worry – we’ll find a workable alternative. Some mothers prefer online sessions, others come in with their child in a play-friendly setting. I’m here to support what works best for you.

It means drawing on gentle, whole-person methods like:

  • functional and holistic nutrition,
  • herbal remedies and essential oils,
  • rhythm- and routine-based care,
  • and attunement to the nervous system and maternal cycle.

This is not diagnosis or medical treatment – it’s individualized, holistic support rooted in deep respect for your body, your child, and your intuition.

No medical diagnosis is required to begin. We’ll work with your current experiences, symptoms, and what your intuition and body are telling you.

However, if you already have medical records, lab work, or specialist reports, you’re welcome to share them. They can offer helpful context and guide the support we tailor for you.

It’s important to clarify: I don’t diagnose or replace medical care. My role is to help you explore the most aligned natural support – and sometimes, that includes suggesting a targeted medical evaluation when appropriate.

💡 The goal: to support your healing and balance with responsibility, clarity, and a full-spectrum view.

True immune support doesn’t come from a single “magic” supplement. It’s built gently and steadily through:
• nourishing, age-appropriate food,
• consistent daily rhythms,
• rest and emotional security,
• and safe use of herbs and essential oils tailored to your child’s age and constitution.

You’re not alone – many parents face this, especially when kids begin school or daycare and encounter sugary snacks and peer pressure.

I’ve been there myself, and I understand how quickly frustration can build. But here’s the key: don’t stress. Children are incredibly attuned to our energy, especially around food. Picky eating isn’t always about taste – it can reflect digestive sensitivity, anxiety, rhythm disruptions, or even relational dynamics.

During our session, we’ll explore possible root causes and co-create playful, ritual-based strategies to gently expand your child’s comfort with new flavors and textures – without battles or pressure.

Yes. Transitions like starting nursery or preschool affect the whole family – not just the child. Emotional rituals, grounded routines, and a mother’s inner stability can make all the difference. I’ll support you in finding that calm center, so the whole process feels more held and less overwhelming.

The early years of motherhood can bring emotional ups and downs – and that’s entirely natural. But you matter, too. With the help of self-awareness tools, gentle rituals, aromatherapy, and breath practices, I can support you in reconnecting with yourself and navigating this phase with greater resilience and compassion.

Yes. Sensitivity in children can stem from nervous system overload, digestive imbalances, or emotional stress. Together, we approach this gently – using child-friendly nutrition, herbal remedies, soothing bedtime rituals, and essential oils to promote better sleep and emotional balance.

  • A single consultation addresses one specific issue or concern.
  • The Mother–Child Mentoring program offers long-term, monthly guidance – creating a stable, nurturing framework to support your family through various transitions.
  • There’s no age limit – you’re welcome to book a session with questions about any stage of childhood.

I frequently support families with tweens and teens on issues such as skin health, irregular cycles, sports nutrition, mood swings, and adjusting to hormonal changes.

Many mothers also reach out for guidance on preparing for their daughter’s first period, exploring how to welcome this transition with ease and positivity.

Support is always tailored to your current life stage – it’s never “too early” or “too late.”

  • Yes – especially during early childhood, I often work closely with mothers.
Children, especially the youngest ones, are like finely tuned antennas: they pick up on the unspoken emotional climate around them. A parent’s inner state – unprocessed grief, stress, or emotional tension – can manifest through the child’s symptoms or behaviors.

This is never about blame – it’s about creating space for healing.

When a mother is supported to reconnect with her inner world, the child often softens too. That’s why many sessions start with the mother – and her transformation ripples through the whole family system.

  • This is a deeply sensitive and nuanced area, and I want to be transparent.

Autism and ADHD exist on a broad spectrum – with each child presenting differently, from subtle traits to more intensive support needs.

👉 I am not a licensed therapist or special education professional, so I do not offer diagnostic or developmental interventions for neurodiverse children.

However, I do have insight into how natural, lifestyle-based approaches may support families navigating these challenges. This can include:

    • anti-inflammatory nutrition,
    • gut flora support,
    • targeted micronutrients
    • digestive enzymes,
    • nervous system regulation (e.g. rhythm, aromatherapy, stress relief). These tools are not cures – but they can offer gentle support when tailored to the child’s needs.

    ⚠️ Please note:

💡I am not a specialist in neurodevelopmental therapy. My knowledge is based on personal study, lived experience, and interest – not formal clinical training.

For mild cases or general lifestyle guidance, I may offer helpful strategies – but for more intensive or complex needs, I will always refer you to more specialized care.

🧭 If you’d like a consultation to explore natural support options, I’m happy to guide you. And if I believe another expert would better serve your family, I’ll say so – with care and clarity.

8. Perimenopause and Menopause – Natural Support

This is a 5-session journey: one in-depth initial consultation followed by four mentoring sessions. It typically spans 6–8 weeks, but the pace is flexible and fully attuned to your rhythm.

It means that we don’t rely on pharmaceuticals or hormone therapies. Instead, we work with functional and Ayurvedic principles – offering nutritional, lifestyle, aromatherapeutic, and movement-based tools (such as gentle yoga and breathwork) to support your system holistically.

Absolutely. This is your personal choice, and it doesn’t exclude you from the program. While this is not medical care and doesn’t replace HRT, it can beautifully complement it – supporting your nervous and hormonal system, digestion, and overall wellbeing through gentle, natural strategies.

💡 If you’re unsure about anything, I always encourage open conversations with your doctor – I won’t talk you out of treatment, but I can help you gain clarity.

You don’t need to wait until your periods stop completely. Many women begin noticing changes in their early 40s – this is the perimenopausal window. The program can be started at any stage of your journey, whenever you feel the need for deeper support.

No. Menopause is not an illness – and this is not a medical treatment, but a holistic mentorship process. You’re welcome to join even if you don’t fully understand what’s happening in your body – we’ll explore your signs together and identify areas where gentle, natural support can make a real difference.

Yes – after each session, you’ll receive a written or voice-recorded summary including personalized guidance, practical tips, food ideas, and inspirational tools tailored to your needs.

That depends on where you are in your transition. This menopause package is an excellent starting point if you’re seeking clarity and foundational support.

But if you’re navigating more complex or long-standing issues – like sleep disturbances, anxiety, hot flashes, digestive symptoms, or a complete absence of cycle – a longer-term mentoring container may be more beneficial.

Yes, absolutely. This program isn’t about “fixing symptoms” – it’s about helping you understand what’s happening in your body and guiding you to step into this new chapter with confidence and self-awareness.

Perimenopause often begins in your 40s and can bring significant shifts – early support can be incredibly empowering.

That’s totally fine – you don’t need to be a yogini or enjoy group classes. Movement here is not about performance, but regulation and nourishment. If you choose to include it, it might be gentle yoga, breathwork, guided relaxation, or visualization – adapted to your needs and preferences.

From a professional perspective, I do encourage regular, kind movement during this phase of life.

It’s one of the most powerful natural ways to support your hormonal and nervous system.

Here are some alternatives if yoga doesn’t resonate:
– mindful walking or Nordic walking,
– hiking in nature (great for hormone and nervous system balance),
– swimming, cycling
–- or solo-paced workouts at the gym – as long as they feel good.

You don’t need to start big.

🌱 Just begin – even with 15–20 minutes a day. Your body will thank you.

9. Yoga and Somatic Movement

Not in the traditional sense. I don’t teach large group classes in yoga studios. My sessions are more therapeutic in nature – available either as one-on-one sessions or in small, intimate circles of 3–4 women who choose to join together, often friends with shared intentions.

The location depends on your needs and the season. Options include:

  • In person: in my private consultation space (for 1–2 people)
    • Outdoors: on Margaret Island, Hajógyári Island, or Máriaremetei Közösségi Liget – by agreement
    • At your home: for clients I know and trust, within a specific area
    • Online: ideal if you live far away or have young children and need flexibility

Somatic women’s yoga supports the female body not only on a physical level, but also through emotional and nervous system regulation. It’s not about perfecting poses – it’s about deep presence. The movements help release stored tension, increase body awareness, and gently process unspoken stories and trauma held in the tissues.

It’s a practice of softness, surrender, and reconnection – not performance.

This is not a formulaic 60-minute workout. Each 90-minute session is attuned to feminine rhythms and may include:

  • quieting down, tuning in, and sharing what’s present
  • pelvic floor awareness, breathwork, meditation, or guided relaxation
  • a focus on hormonal balance, cyclical wellbeing, trauma release, stress relief, or feminine identity

The goal is not to perfect the pose – but to connect with yourself from within.

That’s not just okay – it’s welcome.

This is a safe, judgment-free space. Yoga here isn’t about holding it all together – it’s about letting go.

If tears come, if you feel a knot release or a sound rise from deep within – your body is speaking. Some poses support digestion and the release of trapped gas – and you don’t have to pretend nothing’s happening.

This is your body’s natural response. The goal is not to “hold it in,” but to release – and for that, we need a space where nothing feels shameful.

Because my one-on-one yoga sessions are therapeutic in nature, not fitness classes.

To create a practice that’s truly tailored and safe, we need to connect first.

During a short initial consultation, we explore your physical and emotional landscape, current needs, and intentions – and we get to know each other.

This is especially important if you’d like to practice in your own home, as it’s a mutual trust-based decision.

Yes – absolutely. There is strong experiential support for the use of gentle, body-aware movement in easing menstrual cramps and pelvic tension.

Women’s yoga isn’t about performance – it’s about listening to your womb space and tending to it with care.

Breathwork, pelvic strengthening, mindful movement, relaxation, and nervous system regulation all help transform your cycle from something to “get through” into something to reconnect with.

10. Life Coaching – Blockages, Self-Awareness, Inner Guidance

Coaching is not therapy – and it doesn’t diagnose. It’s a goal-oriented, present-focused process that helps you move through transitions, inner blocks, or crossroads in life.

While therapy often goes deep into past wounds, attachment patterns, or psychological trauma, coaching is:
a collaborative relationship(not expert vs. client),
rooted in the presentand looking toward the future: what can shift now, what new choices can emerge?

💡 And of course, if something feels beyond the scope of coaching, I will always refer you responsibly to a therapist or specialized professional.

We mainly focus forward – but that doesn’t mean we ignore the past.

Often, the patterns that show up now are echoes of earlier experiences. Through gentle tools like essential oils, guided imagery, or somatic awareness, we can softly explore those layers – not to relive the trauma, but to discover new inner responses and possibilities.

Yes – aromatherapy can be a powerful support when used intuitively, not just by protocol.

We can work with customized blends to support emotional themes like self-trust, grief, boundaries, femininity, or the inner child – using:
inhalation,,
visualization or relaxation techniques,
– or simple at-home rituals .

It’s never required – but it’s often a deeply effective layer of support if you feel drawn to it.

Yes. Many women feel they’ve “tried everything” physically – but something still feels stuck inside.
Coaching can help you:
– explore what’s happening emotionally and energetically,
– uncover subconscious blocks (fear, guilt, ambivalence, inner conflict),
– and gently release these patterns – through conversation, somatic work, or aromatherapy.

💡 It’s not a magic solution – but it can be the missing link in restoring inner balance and openness to new possibilities.

– when you feel stuck, but don’t know why
– when you’re facing a decision but can’t hear your inner voice
– when you want change but don’t know where to start
– when you’re stepping into a new identity (motherhood, separation, perimenopause…)
– when the shift you seek isn’t just external – but deeply internal

Absolutely – that’s one of my signature approaches.

Sessions can include breathwork, gentle movement, or aromatherapy to support the body and help you land more fully in yourself.

💡 The body is a gateway to deeper emotional truth – when we involve it, the transformation goes deeper.

Not at all.

Coaching moves at your pace. Some people dive in quickly, others unfold layer by layer. Each session is a safe space – and you decide what feels right to open.

11. Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine

Ayurveda doesn’t just treat symptoms – it looks for the underlying imbalances that created them.

The focus is on understanding your unique constitution (through the dosha system) and supporting the body’s natural ability to return to balance through personalized lifestyle, nutrition, and herbs.

💡 It’s not a quick fix – it’s a process of re-alignment.

Both are holistic healing systems with thousands of years of history, offering deep insight into the body–mind–energy connection.

Ayurveda is based on the dosha theory (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), while Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) works with the Five Elements, Yin–Yang, and the meridian system.

What they share is the goal: to restore flow, balance, and vitality in the body.

The aim is not to “mix” methods blindly – but to use them in a complementary way, based on what supports you.

Each person is different – and so is each healing journey. I choose tools and insights based on your current state, rhythms, and needs – always with clarity, coherence, and care.

Not at all.

We translate the principles into your local context – using seasonal, digestively supportive, and nervous system-friendly meals that suit your constitution.

No exotic recipes required – unless you’re craving them.

💡 It’s about making these ancient systems relevant and nourishing for your life, right here and now.

I’ve walked both sides of this journey.

My first birth happened far from home, within a foreign healthcare system, at a time when I was young and unprepared. I didn’t yet know how to trust my body, how to consciously prepare, or how to claim my own space. The experience left a deep imprint—physical pain, emotional distance, and a shaky start to motherhood that made me question my body’s wisdom for years.

But my second birth was different. This time, I arrived prepared—through breathwork, yoga, visualization, and body awareness. It was a slow, conscious, and deeply honoring experience. I held my daughter in my arms from the very first moment, and we stayed connected through every breath. That sacred beginning shaped my motherhood in ways words can hardly capture.

These two contrasting births—one marked by absence, the other by presence—taught me what truly matters. We are not meant to do this alone.

Hogy legyen mellettünk valaki, aki ért, aki tart, aki emlékeztet: benned van az erő.

🤍 This is why I now walk beside other women—with heart and presence.

I believe that every woman deserves to feel supported, prepared, and truly heard during pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period. Not as a medical professional, but as a woman, a mother, and a guide—offering calm presence, lived experience, and compassionate understanding through a doula-informed lens.

Each journey is unique. That’s why I offer personalized support—whether during pregnancy or in the postpartum months, in person or online.

We work together with natural tools like therapeutic yoga, essential oils, gentle lifestyle guidance, and hormone-balancing strategies—always attuned to your rhythms, your needs, and your personal story. Because no two mothers—and no two births—are ever the same.

“The postpartum period holds countless challenges. As a new mother, you’re asked to heal your body, steady your heart, sharpen your mind, manage your time, and somehow bridge the life you knew with the one unfolding now. It’s a monumental task. And yet—generation after generation—women have found their way through it.

Ha szeretnéd, hogy veled legyen valaki ezen az úton, aki nem irányít, csak finoman kísér – szeretettel várlak.

Aromatherapy & Gemmotherapy – Natural Balance, Gently Refined

🌿 Aromatherapy & Gemmotherapy – The Wisdom and Scent of Nature

Scents—like plants—have long accompanied us on the journey of healing. They gently caress not only the body, but the soul as well, helping us return to our natural rhythm and inner truth.

Even in ancient Egypt, the profound power of essential oils was recognized. Archaeologists have discovered clay jars in the pyramids that still carry the scent of oils, thousands of years later. These oils weren’t used only for embalming—they played a vital role in purification rituals for the body, mind, and spirit. Sacred spaces were filled with fragrance, and anointing oils were used in ceremonies and healing practices. The Egyptians knew: scent is a bridge between the seen and the unseen.

Az aromaterápia számomra nem pusztán „illatolás”.

A megfelelő minőségű és célra kiválasztott illóolaj – megfelelő hordozóban, érzékenyen adagolva – finoman és mélyen képes támogatni. Akár egy rég elfeledett emlékhez segít hozzáférni, akár a test hormonális vagy idegrendszeri egyensúlyát segít újrahangolni.

🌿 Where Scent Meets Plant

Aromatherapy and herbal medicine (phytotherapy) aren’t in competition—they walk hand in hand. A well-formulated essential oil blend and a thoughtfully selected herbal extract can work synergistically to restore balance.

Sokszor használok rügyterápiás (gemmoterápiás) kivonatokat is – finom, mégis intenzív formái ezek a növényi támogatásnak.

De nem hiszek a receptekben. Hiszek a szinergiában – abban, hogy a növények és az illatok egy-egy személyhez kapcsolódva válnak igazi gyógymóddá.

💧 Carrier Oils – The Wise Companions of Scent

A bázisolaj nem csupán vivőanyag – önálló terápiás hatással is bír.

Egyes olajok (pl. szezám, édesmandula, makadámia) megnyugtatnak, táplálnak, mások (pl. mogyoró, szőlőmag) mélyebbre viszik az illóolajokat, stimulálnak, könnyebben felszívódnak.

Just as with essential oils, I select carrier oils consciously—based on the person’s current state, desired outcome, and energetic needs.

🌍 A Shared Language—East and West

This holistic perspective weaves through all aspects of my work—where essential oils, herbal extracts, bud remedies, and deep listening come together to gently guide women back to equilibrium.

💫 Personalized Support – One Body, One Story, One Balance

A hormonal shift, cycle irregularity, or perimenopausal challenge can never be separated from the whole woman. And so, support must also be multidimensional.

Because no two bodies are the same—and no two journeys toward balance ever look alike.
